Hi everyone, I recorded a 30 minute interview using Zoom’s local recordings on my school account. It was converting fine after the meeting, but has been stuck at 99% for the last 20-30 minutes.
Solution:
Stop the conversion.
Open Zoom Desktop app > navigate to Meetings > click on recorded tab > convert. Should reconvert just fine. Zoom has already saved your meeting as a .zoom file, it just needs to convert it to mp4 when the meeting finishes. You won’t lose data by stopping the conversion.
